| TREYTON STONE - USMC UAS (URBAN ASSAULT SPECIALIST) | ||||||||||
![]() The world is in an age of terrorism. After the events of 9-11, terrorist attacks continue to bombard American soils. But after lengthy and exhaustive investigations, the U.S. Government learns that not all of the attacks are legitimately carried out by the Al Qaeda. It appears that some attacks are cleverly planned by certain socio-economic groups who would greatly benefit from the downfall of the U.S. economy. Terrorist acts are employed, the stock market crashes, people with a lot of money can buy their stocks back cheaper and short-sell them and make a ton of money at the same time. As if fighting an enemy with no face wasn't bad enough, the U.S. is now facing internal struggles due to pure greed. Desperate times calls for desperate measures. March 2004 - Legislation is passed and the United States Marine Corps. gets the go-ahead to establish their first ever UAS program. Highly trained UAS operatives are required to be fluent in Ebonics, keep up with the latest fashion trends, must buy the best sneakers, must listen to rap music and must "know the lay of the land." For the streets are their playground in the war against domestic terrorism. News on illegal activities spread quicker on the streets than they do through any snitch and having an operative who can walk the walk and talk the talk is a big plus. But only a few months after its inception, the UAS program fails horribly because Operators are captured and killed one after another. January 2005 - Because former UAS Operators were clean-cut Marines, they stuck out like sore thumbs and were often executed on the spot. The US Government gets smart and begins to employ former ex-convicts to become UAS Operators with the new "Four Strikes" amendment. This new law allows Congress to hijack death-row inmates and offer them a second chance - either die on the electric chair or die on the streets. If you survive ten years of active UAS duty, your criminal record will become a clean slate and a new name, identity, and $1 million will be awarded.***
***Please note that the UAS operators are entirely fictional. So please don't write to your Congressman about this outrage! Boy is it fun to make stuff up. I started making this figure after a "clean-up" session on my loose items started. Looking at my four huge boxes of loose items, I realized that I have a big problem with stocking parts just to have them later. Cool things such as sunglasses, guns, and clothes are bought in quantities of five or fifteen in case I can't find one later. Needless to say, I have more 1:6 weapons to arm each and every one of my figures to the teeth and still have enough to declare another war against Iraq. I figured I better use some of the items before they gather more dust. So here I am. The head is a BBI Trident which I glued synthetic fabric fur on. Body is a BBI G3.5 super-articulated body. I free-handed the tribal tattoos on him with acrylic paint. Pants are from BBI Scar, boots are from Leon Javert, Toy Soldier harness, BBI Bloody Rose G36 gun, and cool jacket is from the new DID Fashion figure series. I can't remember where all of the other stuff came from.
